When you learning to your lecture you need to become an active learner example like always give respond to your lecturer and ask anything that you don't understand.

-PARTICIPATE IN CLASSES

It means we need give respond to all activities that our lecturer give like the quiz and all examines.

-GET TO KNOW YOUR LECTURER
We need to get closer with our lecturer to know his/her attitude and identify what he/she likes or not.

- FORM STUDY GROUPS WIT FRIENDS

If we want to make our work easier the best way is make it into group work with your classmates or course mate.

Actually you need to work hard every semester and keep maintain your CGPA if you want get the flying colour result when you graduate

2.  GOAL SETTING

DEFINITION OF GOAL:

A goal is an idea of the future or desired result . You need to set your goal because without it you will lack focus and direction.

EXAMPLE: "He want to get a dean list at the end of the semester"

GOAL SETTING:

S.M.A.R.T. goal setting: Specific

What exactly do you want to achieve? The more specific your description, the bigger the chance you'll get exactly that. S.M.A.R.T. goal setting clarifies the difference between 'I want to be a millionaire' and 'I want to make RM 100 000 a month for the next ten years by creating a new software product'.

Questions you may ask yourself when setting your goals and objectives are:

  • What exactly do I want to achieve?
  • Where?
  • How?
  • When?
  • With whom?
  • What are the conditions and limitations?
  • Why exactly do I want to reach this goal? What are possible alternative ways of achieving the same?

S.M.A.R.T. goal setting: Measurable

Measurable goals means that you need to think what it is you want to achieve, hear, get, and fell the goal when you success and get. Actually you need identify exactly what you feel and want to achieve

S.M.A.R.T. goal setting: Attainable

Is your goal attainable ? you need to identify goal that more important to you then, start figure out what you need to do to achieve your goal.

S.M.A.R.T. goal setting: Relevant

Is reaching your goal relevant to you? You need to make a goal that related to you predictions about what will happen in futures and you can do it even though having any obstacles.

S.M.A.R.T. goal setting: Timely

Time is money! You can't waste your time easily. Time is money and you need to use it properly if you want achieve your goal. Example: You need to do your work before you go out with your friends.

And lastly my goal is want to get a dean list for my diploma ๐Ÿ˜Š

Usually in weekend I will start at 7:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. it's because I take a nap after subuh prayer and wake up for my jog. After that I will start my self-studying at 10 a.m. and it's depends on my work if i had a lot of work I will extend it until zohor prayer and if not I will do it until 12:30 p.m. At evening, I will start my training earlier than usual because I need to end it earlier to take more rest after playing. 4. MEMORY, LEARNING, IMPROVING, CONCENTRATION

Memory and Learning

Memory can help students to remember all the lecture that given to them. Students need to keep their memory clean from all dullness and always fulfil them with.

But forgetting still could be occur when students:

1. Didn't pay attention in classes.
2. Study last minute.
3. Didn't have a good relationship with lecturer.
4. Students didn't have any good strategies for learning.

Students can improve their memory by:

1. Spaced practise

-involves space time over some period time for studying. Actually students need to take a break between learning sessions, it will allow them to think and organized the information. The information given can be understood slowly and make it so much easier to learn in classes.

2. Rehearsal

-repeat the information given by lecturer many times. Example : read the information repeatedly.

3. Break reading material down

-you have to know your schedule reading and not reading all before exam. Example: you can read one chapter per day

5. TAKING LECTURER NOTES

Why you need to take lecturer notes???

1. Provide an accurate information to refer in future.
2. Motivate yourself to do revision in any time.
3. Taking notes make you more focus in learning your subject.

How to make notes?

1. Find you perfect method:
   - You can use any mind maps because you don't take as many notes bu you write down the most important point in your lecture

2. Do your research:
   - When your lecturer give the syllabi you as a student need to have a look at what your lecturer want to give. By knowing what you lecturer want to give you can plan your lecture notes accordingly.

3. Consider recording:
    - You can ask permission from your lecturer to record his lecture with your smartphone to compare your notes with full lecture.

 Reviewing Notes

-Recite from the recall question
-Recite from the headings
-Talk about the information with others

6. Academic Integrity and Performance

Plagiarism is the practice off taking others work and make it as your work.

The following are considered plagiarism:

-Copying words and ideas from someone else without giving credit.
-Changing words but still the same structure and point from the original.
-Make others work as your own work.

Ways to prevent plagiarism:

- You can ask your lecturer when you don't understand.
- Do the group work with your friends.
- You need to give the link you refer.
- Know how to phrase your work.
